A couple of months ago, I entered the Archives in HyperBoard's Best Forum of the Year Competition. The competition was tough, boards of many different natures competed for the honor. The competition was based on a voting process. After two months of working through the quarter, semi, and finally the finals...
The Axe-Hold Archives has been voted the Best Forum of the Year on HyperBoards!!! HB was kind enough to craft this award just for the Archives.

Kinsman Oron the Wolf
A hard, lean, man of middle age, with long brown hair, and a handle bar mustache. An obvious veteran of many campaigns, wearing light leather armor. A short sword is strapped to his left hip, a large knife rests against the back of his wide hero's belt, and a small oval shield hangs over his shoulder.

You just wait, I have begun to make plans for building a website around this forum. If it is even half of what I envision, it will be an awesome place. Only time will tell if my goals are realistic, but it does not cost anything to dream...
